Acne Prevention

It is generally believed that food can worsen or trigger acne diseases, hence foods rich in too much of fatty acids must be ignored. Your diets should be rich in vitamins and minerals. Acne prevention must be stopped and attend to at early stages. You don’t have to wait till you see the symptoms of acne before you change your diet and lifestyles. You need to increase the amount of vitamins and nutrients in your diet and drink lots of water (recommended quantity is at least 8 glasses of water a day). You must limit the quantity of your daily sugar intake and foods which contribute to high level of blood sugar.
